Our Excellence in Technical Training program was developed in response to requests from our customers:

1
. "Provide training that is specific to our machines and processes, not generic product or technology based training."

Our approach will introduce the student to the system hardware and software, but will mainly focus on the machinery and processes within the plant. The Programmable Logic Controller, Operator Interface, and Motion Control Programs along with the Electrical Drawings from the plant floor machines will serve as the training ground. At the conclusion of the training, students will be more efficient at diagnosing problems, possess a clearer understanding of the system and the tools to improve the operation.

2. "Provide training that enables our engineering personnel and maintenance technicians to increase machine uptime and efficiency."
Unplanned downtime, the Achilles heal of manufacturing plants, can be prolonged due to confusion over the root cause of the problem. Our approach will cover the fundamentals of the machine and create a methodical way to get to the cause of problems quickly.

3. "Provide training that is customized to our level of expertise and training goals."
Our training process is designed to ascertain a student's skill and comfort level at the beginning to allow us to maximize the results of the training time. Our method will allow us to effectively engage someone that is new to technology, as well as the 20 year veteran that would like more insight into emerging technology.

4. "Provide trainers that have real world, in the trenches, experience with automated machinery and controls."
With inexperienced trainers, detailed questions from the students can remain unanswered. We emphasize experience in the field with troubleshooting and commissioning new machinery.
